Mark is the CEO and founder of Middleton bringing over 30 years experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and dispute resolution specialist. Prior to Middleton, Mark worked for Dar al Handasah as Head of Contracts for the Dubai International Airport. He also worked for Damac Properties as Vice President of Claims and Disputes for their Middle East operations, having established and successfully run Middleton Consultancy Ltd in the UK.
